A thorough and effective Ergonomic Assessment can be complex and takes time to ensure the prevention of injury. The industry standard is to complete quick set-up checks of workstations that are, on the whole ineffective and unlikely to prevent injury. We can provide holistic assessments of the full role, with professional and honest feedback given in relation to your operation, work practices and correct working aids. We will focus on you achieving ergonomic results, i.e valid and cost-effective recommendations regarding elimination of unsafe work practices and modifications that can be made to existing furniture and equipment.
Pre-Employment Functional Assessments

We have a Spectrum of Pre-Employment Assessment packages available to meet the needs of your organisation. The PEFA process generally involves the screening of potential or current employees to determine their ability to complete the prospective/relevant role and their risk of injury. We can assist in identifying the physical demands of a work role.
Fitness for Work Assessment:
This is a combination of FCE and Task Analysis. We assess the physical demands of the work role against the physical demands of the work role. Ideally completed at the place of work using tools of the trade to match the physical requirements of a particular role (ie the pre-injury role, suitable duties or an alternative).
